Ecuador cumple 22 días de paro nacional, y este lunes 13 de octubre se reporta un número récord de vías cerradas en todo el país. Las protestas, lideradas por la CONAIE, han generado bloqueos en carreteras clave, afectando la movilidad, el comercio y el abastecimiento de productos básicos.
A continuación, se detalla el estado de las vías cerradas, organizado por provincias:
Vías cerradas en Imbabura
- Cotacachi – Apuela – García Moreno: cerrada a la altura de Cuicocha.
- Otavalo – Cotacachi (E35): cerrada en Ilumán, Pinsaquí, partidero de Cotacachi, Carabuela y Peguche.
- Otavalo – González Suárez: bloqueos en González Suárez, San Rafael, Espejo y La Magdalena.
- Otavalo – Selva Alegre: cerrada en el ingreso a la vía Quiroga y San Eloy.
- Zuleta – Rumipamba (Ibarra – Olmedo / Cayambe): cerrada en San Francisco (La Esperanza) y puente de Rumipamba.
- Ibarra – Imbaya – Urcuquí: cerrada en Coñaquí.
- Antonio Ante – Ibarra: bloqueos en el semáforo de Natabuela y San Roque.
- Eje vial rural Pucahuaycu – San Antonio: cerrado por manifestaciones.
- Antonio Ante – Otavalo – Ibarra: múltiples tramos cerrados.
- Eje vial rural La Plata (Íntag) – Selva Alegre: cerrada con escombros en García Moreno y Río Blanco.
Vías cerradas en Pichincha
- Tabacundo – Cajas: bloqueos en La Virgen (Loma Gorda), Cajas Jurídico y Diablo Huma.
- Cayambe – Cajas: cerrada en San Isidro del Cajas y La Florencia.
- Guayllabamba – Calderón: cerrada con presencia policial.
- Guayllabamba – Tabacundo: cerrada con resguardo policial.
- Quito – Cayambe (E35): cerrada por manifestaciones.
Vías cerradas en Quito
- Centro Histórico: cierres en los alrededores del Palacio de Carondelet y la Asamblea Nacional.
- Sur de Quito: cierre parcial en Jaime del Castillo y Pedro de Alfaro (Villa Flora).
- Norte de Quito: cerrada en Pampa y Av. Simón Bolívar, sector Santa Rosa (Pomasqui).
- Redondel de Guayllabamba: cerrado completamente.
- Accesos a la ciudad: presencia militar en vías de entrada y salida para evitar bloqueos.
Otras provincias afectadas
- Carchi: bloqueos en Tulcán y vías hacia el sur.
- Cotopaxi: cierres en Latacunga y vías hacia Saquisilí.
- Chimborazo: bloqueos en Riobamba y zonas rurales.
- Bolívar: cierres en Guaranda y accesos a comunidades indígenas.
- Tungurahua: vías cerradas en Ambato y sectores rurales.
El sistema ECU 911 mantiene actualizaciones en tiempo real, pero los cierres son dinámicos y pueden cambiar en cuestión de horas. Las autoridades han desplegado convoyes humanitarios para intentar abrir las rutas y abastecer a las zonas más afectadas.
